2009 NHL Draft: Talked to Jim Schoenfeld
by Jim Schmiedeberg on Jun 26, 2009 9:06 PM EDT
in Live from the 2009 NHL Draft
Just had a conversation with Assistant GM Jim Schoenfeld, he said the Rangers did NOT pursue Heatley that heavily, and moving up or down is still a possibility.
Jim was very nice, said the Rangers are surprised at a few of the picks, but still feel they can get who they want at 19.
