Laurie from "Beyond the Blueshirts" joins The Banter!

As we told you guys last night on the show, Laurie from Beyond the Blueshirts is joining the team here at Blueshirt Banter. Laurie does excellent work on her site, and will be re-posting some of her stories here probably beginning next week or so. What this means is that we will now have faster access to the great stories she finds from European sites. Laurie will also be bringing us updates on Ranger players from the KHL. Laurie will still be hosting her own site, as well as contributing some stories to us.
We are striving every day to make Blueshirt Banter your first stop for New York Rangers news, analysis, and opinion, and we are confident you are all going to enjoy what Laurie brings to our site.

Was anyone else’s first thought before reading the blurb that Laurie was a dude? Only a Rangers (well i guess now coyotes) fan would see the name Laurie and think man.
