Am I gonna be able to watch this game online for free? Do you think the NHL has thought about this? Bettman probably doesn’t want the preseason broadcasted, wouldn’t want to drum up to much interest in his own league.

i agree but i sort of expected it from him having watched him at BU a few times. MDZ seems more ready than i expected. im intrigued to see Heikkinen tomorrow i presume.

by Michael Gleich on Sep 15, 2009 7:46 PM EDT up reply actions

im divided on that because i dont think it hurt staal at all to go back for another year and be ready to play huge minutes right from the go. if heikkinen is even close to even to MDZ through camp i would rather keep him and let MDZ get another year to dominate in the OHL.

The Rangers always seemed to fall apart mid 2nd and 3rd periods last year if I recall right. This looks/sounds good so far.

by Toad McGee on Sep 15, 2009 9:24 PM EDT reply actions

even if they lose, atleast the players outplayed the Bruins players for a good portion of the second half.
