i agree but i sort of expected it from him having watched him at BU a few times. MDZ seems more ready than i expected. im intrigued to see Heikkinen tomorrow i presume.
by Michael Gleich on Sep 15, 2009 7:46 PM EDT up reply actions
im divided on that because i dont think it hurt staal at all to go back for another year and be ready to play huge minutes right from the go. if heikkinen is even close to even to MDZ through camp i would rather keep him and let MDZ get another year to dominate in the OHL.
by Michael Gleich on Sep 15, 2009 7:49 PM EDT up reply actions
yeah, I hear yay!
I’m just saying, he’s showing his ass off. I’m anticipating Heikkinen tomorrow, I’m pretty sure he’ll make the team with Gilroy though.
well wouldnt you play ur ass off when ur options are NYC or canada? lol.

Sather speaks the truth against Dubinsky. Suit up and stop whining.
"Malik now." "6 foot 6, 238, not a noted goal scorer but he's gonna give it a shot here." "Malik has not scored this year. In on Kolzig, faked it....SCORES"
Agreed, Brandon needs to suck it up. I really think at this point he is getting bad advice from his agent.

I don’t see how Gilroy doesn’t make the team. He looks like a veteran already.
I mean, hard to go crazy over one preseason game, but boy he looks fluid.
