16 years ago tonight, Craig MacTavish won the face-off that would last a lifetime. The Rangers won the Stanley Cup, and haven't let us forget it.
It might be time they go win another, I might be dead in 38 years.

16 yrs ago huh?..............too bad it feels like 36 years.........
you know I was watching the Blackhawks skate around with the cup the other night and I was genuinely happy for them. Partly cuz I always felt the NHL needed the Hawks to be good n felt they deserved it and the other part well cuz they were sticking it to the Flyers and they’re sub-human fans by skating around the Wachovia center and hoistin the cup. But my point being it reminded me how absolutely miserable I am as a Ranger fan……and the current state of our Ranger team. From top to bottom this team is flawed………..I swear I hope Sather chokes on a chicken bone…………….
