Powerplay name
Jim and Eddie, in one of the last episodes you guys were talking about a name for the struggling Rangers PP, using a name from a horrible movie. I submit Rocky V…
Sorry boys, the post went up without links, its all fixed now.
Omar, Rocky 5 was bad, but not that bad, lol.

Really?
I hate that movie with all my heart. Just awful, and the sixth movie needed to made just to make up for that abortion. I just think the name is apropos because there are, quite literally, 5 guys on a powerplay (unless you have a 4 on 3, but I digress). And their play is quite rocky, to say the least…
How much blow have you been doing?
Rocky V is a underrated classic, it may be the worst of the six, but it’s not that bad.

not a lot of blow, actually
The Don King character pisses me off, Rocky’s douche kid pisses me off. And most of all, Tommy Morrison as Tommy Gunn just ruined it for me. Rocky ends the cold war in the fourth movie, and you follow it up with that trash?
Kinda agree with Last here, its the worst of the 6, but it still is ok. Has some great lines in it:
“This kid stinks of opportunity Rocko”
Stallone’s kid is such a doosh, he wasn’t asked back for 6, they had to go get Milo Ventimiglilililllilgiglila to play his son

after seeing rocky v in the theater my friend at the time had the best alternate ending suggestion
the movie should’ve ended with rocky getting on a bus to go home, going to the back holding his transfer, taking a seat…..then the bus hits a bump, throwing him up into the air, slamming his head into the pole, giving him a brain anueryism and killing him instantly
as his lifeless body slumps in the seat the transfer slips to the floor as the piano slow-score version of rocky’s theme plays
fade to black

Ever see The Happening with Wahlberg?
Worst movie of all time

somehow I got dragged into seeing Lady in the Water a couple of years ago. Needless to say, I avoid M. Night movies like the plague
yeah, he was a one hit wonder...
He’s been riding the success of one movie for a long time… kinda like Uwe Boll remaking every video game under the sun into a movie, and maybe one of his movies are watchable.
I liked Unbreakable, and Signs was ok, everything after Sixth Sense got worse than the one before it though.

yea the happening was so bad
Feel bad for marky to even play that character he was like a gay science teacher who knew about random crap. But sorry as far as rocky V goes around me and my friends who are pretty big movie buffs thinks rocky V is trash. My one boy wants to get sylvester stallone tattooed on him in rocky ( I know retarded isn’t it) and he even thinks rocky V was what somone said, an “abortion”. Lol horrible movie, but tommy gun pissed me off to no end that I couldn’t wait for rocky to beat his ass.
