Yea theres about 6 or 7 of us on the team so far

but we still lost the game in OT.

despite that one two goal performance…ive been having a rough time producing anything in the club games….

like plusch said….we were 6 seconds from OT….and some guy snipes a goal from above the circles…nothing we could do about it……guess it doesnt help having 3 computer controlled defenders that suck.

i’ve gotten better with scoring…not that i have much to show for in the club games as i said above…a whole 6 points and a -44 :(….been doing well in my drop in games.

have about 36 pts in 40 games i think…that would be great by real life standards…but when it seems some guys on there average a hat trick and 2+ assists a game…i don’t know what to say……

Yea Ive sucked on draws lately. Im starting to score more w/ the 3 tonight but I feel like were just not good enough w/ our players vs it seems like everyone we play has probably been doing this since October.

Most importantly, Ive lost only 1 fight and been whipping some peoples’ asses. Does this get me Boogard money?

what are glitch goals by the way?
i’ve heard that before, but i havent been playing long enough to know.

and of course you’re welcome….we could certainly use an elite scorer….we have a lot of close games that we lose by 1….hmmm sound familar?

i play like gaby has this year…have a good game….then disappear for the next 6-10….haha doesnt help when you’re playing just to get your card…its the worst when you get stuck with a bunch of douches in the drop in games and though they cant handle the puck past the blue line they still wont pass…….and continue to try that same strategy the whole game.

Leetchie and I practiced it for a little while the other day…got relatively consistent at it for a bit…but then again it was with no opposition…

explain the camera problems, is it actually reversing sides? and turning?

Yeah but it sucks, like our AI teammates that just cost us the game in quadruple overtime.

you did get better as the game wore on…4OTs and all…i know at one point the other guy had 80% won…by the end it was down in mid to low 60s.

or we can look at it as you had 20% at one point and nearly got up to 40% by the end of the game. :)

i need more consistency…go out and get 2 goal game and then just suck for the rest of the day.
haven’t played too much today, and i’m trying out new views…might have found one i can work with that Leetch suggested…once i get used to it maybe i’ll take less delay of game penalties and and pass better……maybe get on a scoring streak if im lucky…those AI players can really suck though…it will be awesome once we can get 5 guys playing at a time…maybe we could play like a team rather than have to try and score everything on breakaways and sick dekes everytime (not that there is anything wrong with that).

Faceoffs are all about mixing it up.

we dont have a true center at the moment….someone should make a solid playmaking center maybe?

at one point…think Friday…we were on a 6 game win streak…but went cold again and didnt play much more the rest of the weekend.

We are slowly but surely turning into a force to be reckoned with

however i do not recall the actual numbers…at work now wont be on till later on tonight.

as for my camera woes, i think i have finally figured out what works.

just for all in case you were wondering, they have these other views “low” and “high”…which follow your playing much closer on the ice and generally changes in certain situations, in which the game decides to be your best possible view….it works pretty well until you’re in possession in the slot in which is zooms in like super close and kinda chatches you off guard not expecting it sometimes…or even worse when you get possession behind the net….it completely reverses the camera…however when you need it to change back it sometimes doesnt go so smoothly, and you’re left blind for a few seconds…a lot of times resulting in an offsides/turnover/penalty. very frustrating, but i got a custom camera as suggested by Leetch (the blue seats, but i call him leetch most of the time)…and it seems to be working better as i get used to the new view.

when you get to the point where you have enough games but not good enough grades to level up you should go Tough Guy. Its really easy to get good grades, i was away for the whole 3rd period because my team was pissing me off and i got off with 2 Bs and an A.
I’m surprised by how much fun it is actually. You can’t rely on deking through everyone so you actually need to play a team game, and when you really get going its contagious. I was lucky enough to get a good team though a few games in a row earlier today.

but im assuming your grade average has to be perfect, A+ all around?

last night was god awful playing in drop-in games….

lost 8 – 1 in one game, and i was the one goal…haha what does that say for that team?

haha…haven’t lost that bad in a game since like the first day i played with BSB and played the champs.

ive been playing with Graves at LW…a center wouldnt hurt…but really just make who you want.
i think you can def take Dubi…good choice cuz he’s both C and LW.

and since you’ve been doing it for 2 years…as opposed to my ~3 weeks…say when NHL 12 comes out…can you carry over your Online “pro”…or do you start from scratch again?

i dont think we’ll ever run out of slots…at this point we kinda just play games together when possible. we dont usually get 6 people at a time so there is usually always a spot open for a game

if there was a majority of us that had one…they might start getting annoyed if we flood the forum with these threads…then again as long as everyone unrecs the old ones…they’ll eventually disappear.

i think im gonna make the group on facebook….post the link in a bit…and anyone that wants/can join on there we can have a place to chat…and it will probably be much easier to navigate rather than having to go through these threads once they get long like this.
