Tampa Bay Lightning at Boston Bruins: Game 7 Open Thread

For those of you watching tonight's Eastern Conference Finals Game 7 matchup between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Boston Bruins, here is your open thread.
For all the latest on the Lightning, there is no better place than Raw Charge, the SBNation home of the Bolts.

Dwayne Roloson will start in goal for the Lightning, he is 7-0 lifetime in elimination games, while Tim Thomas will be in net for the Bruins.
Sean Bergenheim is expected to miss tonight's game for Tampa with an undisclosed injury.
The Lightning have never lost a Game 7 in their history, going 3-0, while Boston is 10-10 in Game 7's.
I said a couple of months ago Tampa was going to be a force in the playoffs, and I like them to win tonight. Plus, they didn't lay down against Carolina, that will always count for something with me.

after the rangers were KO'd i was rooting for chicago
after they were knocked out, i kinda/sorta climbed on the tb bandwagon
considering the three teams still standing as of right now, i’d prefer to see them win

I listen to Enter Sandman before taking exams. I wear the exact same jersey every Giants game. The Rangers goal song goes off in my head when I achieve small successes in life.

They beat Carolina, then they eliminated the Caps after the Caps eliminated us. That alone would have been enough for me. But wait, there’s more! Their fans (at least the ones on Raw Charge) seem very nice, and I generally don’t have any “dirty player” issues with the Lightning. Finally, this may be unfair, but I just cannot bring myself to cheer for a team that has twice ended Cally’s season.
This is the one team that I didn’t want the Rangers to face in the playoffs. Once the Rangers got eliminated, I was hoping for the Sabres in the East, or the ‘Wings in the West (just because I’m getting older, too).

The Bolts fall one goal short of a trip to the Stanley Cup Finals.
Folks over at Raw Charge are amazing people. Feel awful for them, but they are optimistic about their team and where it can and should be one year from now. What a great game 7… absolutely amazing.

Vokoun to Tampa would make sense.
Not sure how they feel about Smith and the other young guy, but if they had TV they’d be moving on right now. Not that Rollie didn’t play well in G7, but he had a few stinkers in the series.
