I was looking through ESPNNewYork this morning and I saw this article:
"New York Rangers defenseman Michael Del Zotto underwent surgery to repair a sports hernia Tuesday morning, the team announced.
Del Zotto is expected to be ready for training camp after the procedure, which was performed by Dr. William Meyers at the Riverview Surgical Center in Philadelphia.
In his second season with the Rangers, Del Zotto had two goals and nine assists in 47 games and was a minus-5. He had 37 points in 2009-10."
This kid can't catch a break this year at all huh?

They cooked Sauer for just the right amount of time even though it seemed like too much. I could totally see MDZ spending some time in Hartford, then coming in at 21-22 as a mature, calm, nothing to lose defender.

MDZ – Sauer
Unless breaking up McD & Sauer is an absolutely awful idea, then keep em together obviously. But if Gilroy is back (which is far from certain) I’d like to see the pairs have 1 strong stay at home defensive mind w/ 1 offensive threat but thats just me and my useless NHL 11 strategies. I dont think Gil & MDZ would be a good pair, and please Jesus do not let McCabe still be on this team in October.

yeah i seen
gaborik scoring 50 goals in an NHL11 season, rangers first in the atlantic and competing for a presidents trophy… made me naucious.. i only play BAP mode with my own guy and some GM mode.. if were talking NHL 11 strategies that game has MDZ predicted to be nasty good in a few years and sauer a cast off to the fisherman lol.. but hey its just a video game
Damn I play on AllStar and Im a bit more skilled defensively so I dont have goal totals near that.
I try to stay true to Ranger form so there arent any crazy trades or signings…just a nice young Chris Kreider who is progressing quite well in his rookie year :)

as well, super star is way to difficult and i dont have enough time on my hands too get any better at the game than i am now.. getting kinda bored of it.. im not a big video game guy any idea when 12 is coming out?
prob in september, madden comes out first in august usually
and yeah dude MDZ is a beast in 11, just let him rip shots on the PP and you will score mad goals
