Four weeks from this coming Saturday (September 10) is the first game of the Traverse City tournament, which is on MSG. If you’re really freaking out, MSG+ is replaying our victory over the Kings from this past season on Friday night. My approach is to pacify myself with pre-season football until hockey starts.

Maybe Joe Mic meets a nice young Swedish boy with good pace and Jam…decides not to come back. Sam does the rest of the season solo.

"Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

Kevin Weekes for color analyst (no pun intended). He’s really good on TSN and as a guest on MSG.

It would be cool, but I could see Sam awkwardly letting a few racial remarks slip.

sam rosen is NOT racist...

Not at all
But he’s VERY awkward. He might say something completely innocuous but that could be misinterpreted, try to take back the comment, and just spiral downwards from there.

I think I get what you’re saying but I still say no… he has plenty of public speaking experience. I understand hockey is not the most racially diverse sport… but football is and if im wrong correct me but I don’t think he ever said anything inappropriate during a NFL game.

Speaking of Juniors
Andrew Yogan was traded to Petersborough.
I was hoping the Rangers brass could convince Adam Graves to trade for Yogan so he could center Thomas.
He is eligible to play in Hartford, and that is what he claims his goal is.
Bassin said Petes officials plan to use Yogan on a line with Austin Watson and Matthew Puempel, a pair of skilled scorers and NHL first-round picks. However, Yogan, an unsigned prospect with the New York Rangers, will first attempt to earn a roster spot with the Whale in training camp in September.

Or maybe his goal is just to not go back to Canada.
