Milbury's comments and Episode 4....need some help here.

Milbury (along with Jones and that smart-ass short dude on the set) ripped torts a new one on live tv the day after the winter classic on “NBC Sports” before an 8 o’clock game for like 20 straight minutes (I can’t remember who was playing). Milbury went on a rant about the integrity of the the NHL and how dare Torts question it. He said he wants Bettman to “take a huge chunk of his wallet for what he said” about the refs and that he tarnished the “great and wonderful event” called winter classic. He also cracked some jokes with the before mentioned short asswipe also on the set with them about how Torts is a sore winner and should never speak against the league. Milbury, the guy who single-handedly ruined a franchise and assaulted a 12 year old because he was better than his son at hockey, wants to talk about integrity. What an asshole.

It was just Bettman using his pawns to sweep the failed attempt to send the game to OT under the rug by coming down extremely hard on torts and saying he himself ruined the game, not the refs. Its like ripping ass in grammar school and obnoxiously blaming the kid next to you for complaining about it so everyone thinks he’s the jerk.

Its also worth noting that while they ranted, they did not show ANY of the replays of the calls/noncalls Torts had a problem with.

i would have liked to have seen one more answer on the poll. it would be: yes. i enjoy watching him make an idiot of himself.
