An interesting SI article

The debate can go on and on and I think both sides of the argument have some credence. I'm very torn as to what I think is best. Really glad I'm not a GM responsible for these decisions. You can make a compelling argument, as many of you have, for both sides. I though Pierre McGuire, who I don't really like, made some interesting and valid points in this article.

Pierre’s writing tends to be solid, it’s just he’s creepy and weird looking.

Absolutely

Hearing Pierre talk about hockey in writing is wonderful. Just him on TV mentioning where every NHL player played junior hockey is creepy, disturbing, and fucking annoying.

There’s talk the Canadiens could make him GM of their club. Too be honest I don’t know why he hasn’t been a GM of a club before and given the opportunity to be one.

I never said he was french

But him not being french could be a factor in the team not going for him.
