I won't link to the original source and pretend I didn't read this through Puck Daddy like everyone else, but here is a list of the least valuable players in the NHL. There are issues with the way they determine the rankings, but it's spot on for a good number of the players. BoC players in the bottom 15 in terms of value for salary: ANA: Jason Blake, Aaron Ward, Andy Sutton SJS: Niclas Wallin (God yes. And where's Huskins?) LAK: None! And Quick is the MOST valuable goalie for the money in the league. I may have missed some new acquisitions since they only list the team they played for last season. Let me know in the comments. Also interesting: the Sharks come in second to the Coyotes in something called "Fan Value Ranking." I can't be bothered to figure out what that is, but yay!
