New, comments

Vanek goes to the Isles, Matt Moulson and his eyebrows are in Buffalo, and the Rangers are slowly but surely starting to get healthy again.

Well it's been another week or so and its time for another look inside the Metropolitan Division.Obviously the big news of the past week was the blockbuster trade that sent Matt Moulson and two draft picks to the Buffalo Sabres and Austrian sniper Thomas Vanek to the New York Islanders. It's going to be interesting to see what Vanek is going to be able to do with Tavares feeding him the puck. Let's take a quick look at the current records of the teams in the Metropolitan Division and then jump right into your links for the week!

Happy early Halloween guys and gals. Make sure that you give the kiddies some good candy, you don't want to be the guy that gives out pennies or candy corn. No one likes that guy. That guy doesn't even like himself. Treat this as your open thread until the Rangers try to redeem themselves to the fans for dropping the home opener by taking on the New York Islanders tonight. The Islanders will be playing Thomas Vanek on a line with John Tavares so it'll be interesting to see what kind of chemistry the two start brewing.

Enjoy the game tonight and enjoy your Halloween.

Lets go Rangers.
