Blueshirt Banter Czech correspondent Michal Sedlacek confirmed the speculation:

In first game on CZE U20 against Finland. He played another two games and when he went to hospital in Zlin, they found out, he is injured.— Michal Sedláček (@Michal_68) September 1, 2017
Of the two first round picks this year, it’s Lias Andersson that is expected to make a big push to make the team out of camp (especially since the Rangers didn’t fill the void in center). However, this isn’t good news for the Rangers or Chytil. The hope is that it’s nothing serious (he did play the next two games) but only time will tell.
We’ll keep you guys in the loop as more information becomes available.
