SBNation Reacts: Confidence Poll

Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NHL. Each week, we send out questions to the most plugged in Rangers fans, and fans across the country. Sign up here to join Reacts.

Apparently New York Rangers fans are feeling overwhelmingly confident that the organization is heading in the right direction as we sink our collective teeth into the Conference Finals of the 2020 NHL Playoffs. I guess having the first overall pick in the upcoming draft will do that for you. Also, it doesn’t hurt that Tampa Bay steamrolled the Islanders 8-2 in Game 1 of the Conference Final.

As confident as fans may be, the Rangers will have to answer a lot of big questions this offseason. Right now, the question that seems to be on everyone’s mind is what will happen with face of the franchise Henrik Lundqvist — and what that will mean for the team’s salary cap situation moving forward. There’s also the matter of re-signing fan and locker room favorite Jesper Fast, who is a pending UFA. Oh, and there are also a whole bunch of key RFAs that need to be signed.

So, how are you feeling about the Rangers right now? Confident? Let us know what you think in the comments.
