Game #4: New York Rangers vs Toronto Maple Leafs Open Thread

After knocking off the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday night, the Blueshirts are set to continue their road trip north of the border with a matchup against the high flying Toronto Maple Leafs. Toronto has won two of their first three games of the season, and they’ll be getting a major shot in the arm with a lineup addition tonight. Auston Matthews is set to make his season debut after missing the first few games, and the Blueshirts will have their hands full dealing with the quartet of Matthews, Mitchell Marner, William Nylander, and John Tavares.

While Toronto has gained an impact player, the Rangers will be down one as Kaapo Kakko currently sits on injured reserve. As a result, New York’s forward depth is looking a bit suspect in comparison:
