After a disheartening loss in Edmonton last night, the Rangers remain in Alberta to take on the Calgary Flames. With tonight’s contest being the second of a back to back set of games, the Blueshirts will turn to Igor Shesterkin as he looks to bounce back from his previous outing vs. the Flames.

The Rangers played the Flames at Madison Square Garden on October 25th, and the Blueshirts are looking to play better tonight than they did a couple of weeks ago.

Player to Watch: Igor Shesterkin

Shesterkin has had an amazing season to date for the Blueshirts, and currently has a 5-1-2 record with a 1.85 GAA and a .943 SV%. In his previous matchup vs. Calgary, the Blueshirts MVP to date stopped 32 of 37 shots. He’s a fierce competitor and a prideful player, and given how the last few games have gone he will be very motivated to get his team a much needed victory.

Enjoy the game!
