After two days off following their victory over Buffalo, the Rangers are back in action as they prepare to take on the Philadelphia Flyers. The last time these two teams met, the Rangers cruised to a 9-0 victory in Kris Knoblauch’s first game as acting head coach, and the team has been firing on all cylinders ever since. As the Blueshirts attempt to climb back into the playoff race, a win over the Flyers will go a long way towards doing so.

Player to Watch: Kaapo Kakko

After scoring two goals in his first 23 games, Kakko found the back of the net twice on Monday night. Although one of those goals was an empty net tally, Kakko was able to get the monkey off his back and re-discover the goal column. With the weight of the world lifted off his shoulders, look for another dominant game out of the budding Finnish superstar.

Enjoy the game!
