Stanley Cup Playoffs: 4/26/17 Open Thread
After a two day lull devoid of playoff hockey, the Second Round of the 2017 Stanley Cup Playoffs begin tonight, with all four Western Conference teams starting the fight to earn spots in the Western Conference Finals. With one team coming off a major upset, two Pacific Division teams in a battle that could represent a passing of the torch out west, and the other team being the P.K. Subban-led Nashville Predators, tonight’s action should be fun. The matchups are as follows:
Nashville Predators vs St. Louis Blues Game 1 (Series Tied 0-0) Puck is scheduled to drop at 20:00 EDT on NBCSN
Edmonton Oilers vs Anaheim Ducks Game 1 (Series Tied 0-0) Puck is scheduled to drop at 22:30 EDT on NBCSN
While having four days between Rangers games is a bummer, it gives everyone a chance to experience more neutral playoff hockey, also known as the best thing about spring. So sit back, relax, and don’t get too stressed out. Or do, I can’t tell you what to do.
Enjoy the games, and Let’s Go Predators!
