Following their loss at Madison Square Garden against the Buffalo Sabres, the Rangers are heading north to take on the Boston Bruins. The Bruins have won three of their last four and look to keep their luck going against a struggling Rangers team.
The Rangers have assigned Justin Dowling to the Hartford Wolf Pack, making way for Noah Laba’s return to the third-line center spot. Aside from that, the Rangers will be rolling out a similar lineup as their last outing. This will be the second game that the Blueshirts are without Igor Shesterkin and Adam Fox.
Where to Watch
Cable/Network TV: ABC
National Broadcast: ESPN+
Radio: 880 AM
Player to Watch: Gabe Perreault
Perreault has been on the third line for a few games now and has played decently. The points aren't there, but he has shown flashes on the forecheck and most recently displayed impressive hands in a near deflection goal against the Sabres.
If Perreault scored here I would have lost my mind, great hand eye coordination to even get the chance. pic.twitter.com/Z6ibLv5Bls

With Laba expected to draw back into the lineup, that could be the boost Perrault needs to start cashing in on some points. Considering how old the Rangers' roster is, a nice infusion of youth and homegrown talent would be refreshing.
Enjoy the game!
