The New York Rangers have been on a roll and aim to make the Minnesota Wild the next victim of their strong play. In their last game, the Blueshirts defeated the Winnipeg Jets 6-3, with the Rangers' top line continuing to drive play. The Wild are 3-2-2 since returning from the Olympics and sit in third place in the Central Division.
After missing time with an upper-body injury, Blueshirts captain J.T. Miller is expected to return to the lineup and will likely be playing center for the team. If he plays, Miller will take Gabe Perreault's spot on the top power play unit. For the Wild, recently acquired forward Bobby Brink will be a game-time decision as he battles an upper-body injury.
Where to Watch:
Cable/Network TV: MSG 2, NHL website, NHL app, and the Gotham Sports app
National Broadcast: ESPN+
Radio: 880 AM
Player to Watch: Mika Zibanejad
The improved play of Mika Zibanejad has been one of the few bright spots this season. So far, Zibanejad has 62 points in 64 games played this season, which puts him on pace to have his best season since the 2022-23 season. He has also played a crucial role in helping get the most out of Alexis Lafrenière and Gabe Perreault.

While he isn't a young player, Zibanejad is under contract through the 2029-30 season and has made it clear he will not waive his no-movement clause. It is clear he will be with the team as they enter a new era, and getting the most out of him will go a long way in the Rangers' retool.
Enjoy the game!
