New York Rangers Open Thread: Rangers Vs. Blues

The New York Rangers will look to get back into the win column tonight as they take on the St. Louis Blues at Madison Square Garden, starting at 7:00 PM.

The New York Rangers will look to rebound tonight as they take on the St. Louis Blues at Madison Square Garden. After a tough loss at the hands of the New York Islanders, the Rangers will be looking to tighten up on defense, and get back to their tough brand of hockey. The Blues are in a similar boat, and are coming off of a 7-1 beat down by the New Jersey Devils. Both teams will come out strong tonight, and it's expected to be a good contest. Henrik Lundqvist will get the nod in between the pipes, and Kevin Klein will make his Rangers debut tonight on the third pairing.

This is really a no-brainer, as all eyes will likely be on Kevin Klein tonight, as he appears in his first game in Rangers Blue. He's not known for his offensive spark, but he is defensively reliable, and physical in his own end. We'll see how he performs.
