The New York Rangers have been fast and furious with their depth signings this afternoon, and have added yet another quality piece for the Hartford Wolf Pack. The two-year deal also gives the Rangers another option for the upcoming Seattle expansion draft.

Greco played a majority of last season with the Springfield Thunderbirds where he compiled a line of ten goals, nine assists for 19 total points. Since John Davidson has taken over as President of the New York Rangers, the team has made an effort of funneling talent throughout the system.
Adding Greco provides another skilled player to the lineup in the American Hockey League, and will help the young prospects develop in a competitive environment. An interesting little note regarding Greco is that he currently holds the AHL’s all-time record as the fastest skater during their All-Star weekend. His time of 13.324 seconds tops the NHL record that Connor McDavid previously held from 2017-2019.
