Rangers Assign Beleskey, Georgiev and Lettieri; Recall Dustin Tokarski

The Rangers play on Saturday in Florida.

The New York Rangers announced a series of transaction seemingly in conjunction with the team’s extended rest period.

The Hartford Wolf Pack’s next game is Wednesday December 5 at 7:00 in Bridgeport vs. the Sound Tigers. Hartford then plays at home on Friday vs. the Charlotte Checkers and away on Saturday in Hershey vs. the Bears.

New York’s next game is Saturday in Sunrise vs. the Florida Panthers, and conceivably the trio sent down could participate in Wednesday and Friday’s game before catching a plane to Florida.

In any case, this move is likely for playing time, and the only way the forwards wouldn’t return would be if Mats Zuccarello and/or Vlad Namestnikov are 100 percent cleared for action in the coming days.
