The New York Rangers have given us all a break. For the next two weeks the 4 Nations will be ... Facing-Off. In that span there will be no NHL games for the Rangers, no points to gain or lose, no insane lineup decisions to be made, and no emotions to shed.

Instead, we'll creep closer and closer to the NHL trade deadline, where Chris Drury is going to have some decisions to make.

The Rangers' next game will be Feb. 22 against Buffalo. Starting there, the Rangers will have a total of seven games before the March 7 trade deadline. As things currently stand, the Rangers sit three points behind Detroit for the second wild card spot, and four points behind Ottawa for the first wild card, and the Rangers have a game in hand.

Still, is this really a group you want to bet on? Buy on? Trust?

So, let's look at who the Rangers theoretically could be moving on from this deadline, starting with the easy names.

Through this week we'll move on to the other tiers which are "Harder Choices" and "Summer Problems."

For now, nearly 1,500 words on guys I think the Rangers should move on from by deadline day.
