Ryan McDonagh named to All Star Team
The NHL announced the rosters for each division’s All-Star teams today, and Ryan McDonagh has the honor of being the Rangers sole representative on the Metropolitan Division team. It’s the second time McDonagh’s been named an All-Star and will be joining a pretty loaded Metro division roster.

While the Rangers defense as a whole is often a tire fire, it’s easy to gloss over the fact that McDonagh is having a pretty damn good season. Especially when you consider the fact that he plays almost 22-25 minutes a night with a ship’s anchor attached to his leg.
