Scoring Chances for Game 21 vs Minnesota
In what was arguably their best defensive performance to date, the New York Rangers held the Minnesota Wild to just 7 even strength chances, 3 of which came during the final minutes with the game long since decided. From top to bottom, they did an excellent job of keeping the Wild to the outside and on the point, clogging up all opportunities in front and making a fairly easy night for Martin Biron. Extra credit goes to the Fedotenko-Boyle-Prust line, which pitched a shutout, and got a goal on top of it.
