Komarov to Have a Phone Hearing for Hit on McDonagh

Toronto forward Leo Komarov will face a phone hearing today for his hit on Rangers' captain Ryan McDonagh. The phone hearing carries with it a maximum suspension of five games and will take place at 1:30 PM today.

Ryan McDonagh left last night's game and didn't return for precautionary reasons. Obviously, the major concern here is that the Rangers' captain might have suffered yet another concussion. There has been no official word on McDonagh's status as of yet, but when there is one we will be sure to update you.
