As reported by Larry Brooks of the New York Post, the New York Rangers have recalled forward Vinni Lettieri from the Hartford Wolf Pack.

Lettieri, 23, broke camp with the Rangers but was ultimately assigned back to the AHL on Nov 18. He has registered five points (three goals, two assists) in four games played since his return.
Prior to his reassignment, Lettieri was scoreless in the NHL this season through 14 games while averaging just 8:54 TOI/G.
Lettieri will presumably slot into the lineup against the Canadiens tomorrow evening, ending the Rangers’ decision to skate seven defensemen; an experiment that allowed them to play Brendan Smith at forward against the Senators Thursday night.
