New York Rangers Recall Joey Keane

The Rangers have announced the recall of Joey Keane.

Keane has appeared in 48 games with the Hartford Wolf Pack this season, tallying eight goals and 20 assists for 28 points.

He currently ranks sixth among AHL defensemen in goals, and is tied for 13th among defenders in points this season. Keane also leads rookie defensemen in goals, and is fourth in points in 2019-20.

The move could be related to the health of Tony DeAngelo who logged only one shift in overtime vs. the Minnesota Wild.
