Larry Brooks relays word that when the Blueshirts have their rematch with the Minnesota Wild tonight, they’ll have extra reinforcements in the form of Barclay Goodrow, who missed the first matchup to see the birth of his child (NY Post)

Brooks also notes that Louis Domingue and Dylan Garand have both been recalled from AHL Hartford as Jonathan Quick will be joining Igor Shesterkin on the sidelines with an injury (NY Post)

Lastly, Brooks heard from Peter Laviolette that Shesterkin did participate in the team’s optional Wednesday practice (NY Post)

The Minnesota Wild made a pair of trades to reshape their defense corps, shipping out Calen Addison to the San Jose Sharks in one trade and acquiring Zach Bogosian from the Tampa Bay Lightning in a separate deal (NBC Sports)

The Seattle Kraken have recalled Shane Wright, who was in the AHL on the basis of a special agreement with the CHL, from AHL Coachella Valley (TSN)
