Unfortunately, Joe couldn’t be on the show this week so Mike brought in special guest Matt Falkenbury, the voice of the NWHL’s Metropolitan Riveters and former AHL play-by-play announcer.
Mike and Matt discuss John Davidson becoming the official president of the New York Rangers, assistant general manager Jim Schoenfield stepping down, Russian defensive prospect Yegor Rykov signing his entry-level contract and coming over to North America, and some stories from Matt’s time calling AHL hockey games.
But that’s not all! We try to figure out what the blue line is going to look like with Rykov in the picture and touch on a few other Rangers-related topics.
