The New York Rangers are two days removed from their home ice victory against the Philadelphia Flyers and are set to take on the Seattle Kraken. Despite the low expectations, the Kraken have had a solid start to the season and currently sit in third place in the Pacific Division despite having the second fewest games played in the division. The Rangers are also in third place in their division but have played more games than most of their opponents.
The Rangers will likely deploy the same lines as they did Thursday against the Flyers. The Blueshirts will once again be without Sean Duzri as he battles an upper-body injury. Goaltender Joonas Korpisalo will make his season debut after dealing with a lower-body injury. Former Ranger Ryan Lindgren is out with an upper-body injury.
Where to Watch
Cable/Network TV: MSG Network, NHL website, NHL app, and DAZN
National Broadcast: ESPN+
Radio: 1050 AM
Player to Watch: Joonas Korpisalo
The Rangers' goaltending situation has been nothing short of a roller coaster of emotions, and tonight will be no different. Korpisalo will be the fourth goaltender to start between the pipes for the Rangers this season.

The Rangers brought in Korpisalo to have a veteran and experienced backup option. Korpisalo should provide the Rangers with a chance to win each night if they could score three to four goals but will not be able to bail them out of poor performances.
