Rangers Sign BO Groulx, and Casey Fitzgerald
Drury made two AHL signings.
Chris Drury made a pair of depth moves late this morning, signing B.O. Groulx and Casey Fitzgerald.
#NYR have agreed to terms with defenseman Casey Fitzgerald on a two-year contract and with forward Bo Groulx on a one-year deal.

Fitzgerald's agreement is a two-way deal this year, and a one-way deal next year. (As a reminder, that has nothing to do with waivers, it has everything to do with the salary paid dependent on the league they're in.) Groulx is a two-way deal.
Fitzgerald played in 69 AHL games last year where he had 21 points for Charlotte. Groulx played in 45 games for Anaheim where he had two points.
Both of these are AHL moves, nothing to see here.
